General Information

How can I update my personal information?

To change your user information go to Edit Profile, from your profile page. You will be able to change it there.

How can I change my password?

To change your password go to General Settings from the Settings menu. Enter your current password and the new password you wish to use.

How can I delete my account?

We don’t want to see any entrepreneur go and we would love to know the reasons why you wish to delete your account. If you want to proceed, you can quit the platform by going to General Settings under the Settings menu. There, you will be able to confirm you wish to delete your account.

What happens to my personal information?

All of the information you provided on the platform will remain personal and can be deleted at any time. You can find more information on the Legal Terms.
